All 14 elements of PSM and 15 elements of RMP are reviewed as they apply to these two chemicals and commonly-found systems that use them. Current interpretations of the standards and industry “best practices” are reviewed and discussed. Regulation  29 CFR 1910.119 and 40 CFR 68
	Audience
	Any employee who works with or on a system that uses chlorine or ammonia that requires OSHA PSM or EPA RMP compliance and their management, first responders and hazmat personnel who would respond to an ammonia or chlorine incident on such a system and risk managers. Course Objectives Upon completion of this course, the student will:
	• Understand all 14 elements of PSM and 15 elements of RMP    as they apply to chlorine and ammonia • What resources are available to system management • What the regulations require with regards to chlorine and ammonia systems • Operator and emergency response training requirements
